Leadership Coaching

​Leadership Coaching programmes will be tailored to the specific needs of you and your business. A 12-month coaching programme could involve:

  • Positioning – agreement on key objectives and priorities for you and your organisation.

  •  4 confidential coaching sessions, face-to face, at quarterly intervals. These sessions will largely be driven by you, but with some structure provided ahead of each session to maintain focus on organisational and personal goals.

  • 4 interim progress discussions by telephone or video call. These sessions will be practical, looking always at ways to clear blocks, manage and motivate others and develop your personal leadership brand.

  • Concluding session – self-evaluation and preparation of a summary report for your organisation.

A similar approach can also be used for small group sessions (for example those with similar roles or those taking on new leadership challenges at the same time).
